Moonlit Tree oil painting

It took a long time to finish this Moonlit Tree oil painting, what with re-arranging stuff in the studio, getting ready for my niece's wedding and my daughter's graduation. It took a while, but I'm finally happy with it. A soft moon behind a gnarled tree on a deep blue night.

It's been a busy time with my son Cerulean's end of school year activities,
my niece Celine's wedding (she also graduated from Vet school),
and my daughter Celadon's graduation from Cardozo Law School in NYC.

And the contractor installed a utility sink in my basement studio! What a difference running water in the studio makes. Silk painting classes have started on both Saturdays and Sundays.

Congrats on your daughter's lawschool graduation! So does this mean that you won't be coming to NYC anymore? I never seem to be able to meet up with you when you're here! *sigh*
