- Born and raised in Japan as an "American" I now live in Atlanta, GA as an artist and teacher. Although my major is in Ceramics, I also paint in oils, acrylics and silk dyes. I am hopelessly addicted to painting with dyes on silk.I teach silk dye painting in the Atlanta area.
